Probably my most Tunceliesque experience was in Istanbul – the Munzur Bar in Beyoğlu. Great music, strong drink and frontier atmosphere.
Most of Tunceli seemed to look like this. Except the very high bit
This is the lake formed by the Keban Dam. In the distance are the Mercan Dağları.

It all seemed to be like this except the very high bits. I think my most Tunceliesque experience was in Istanbul – Munzur bar in Beyoğlu. Fabulous music and strong drink.
